We made this for Laura for her meal prep. At the time there was nothing out there like this. Laura needed something with no sugar or sodium,so my good friend and chef Rick Ray, worked on creating a hot sauce.  After a year of trial recipes and testing, the "Mango Hawaiian Heat" hot sauce was born.  

Initially it was just made for Laura but after friends and family tried it and loved it, we began to bottle it so everyone could have this guilt-free option!
