Laura spends much time between Hawaii and Santa Monica, CA to train with her coach and mentor, the godfather of bodybuilding, Charles Glass. It's an honor to work with him. His knowledge and expertise is second to none. In 2017, Laura will be competing in three pro shows. As of January, after taking two months off, Laura plans to bring one of the best packages to date to the pro stage. We will keep you posted on her progress.
